This is a membership organization for permaculturists. The organizational map (to the right) explains the relationships. There are 4 primary circles you can get involved in, Outreach, Policy & Advocacy, Membership, and Events.
Members, by participating in one or more of these 4 Circles, work with the Board of Directors to shape and provide GRLPI’s services and offerings.
These will likely include:
- Newsletters
- Surveys
- Resource Directory: Regional Design Courses, Workshops, Webinars, in the Great River & Lakes region; membership listings, and other features still evolving (Pc info/links, map of pc sites to visit…? It all depends. Which is why it’s valuable to hear from you.)
- Events Calendar
- Research and Reports of regional value
- Professional Development (Mentorship, Courses, Diplomas in Permaculture, etc.)
- Permaganics Authenticated Certification
- Other: It’s up to we.
